My Ready to Ship – Custom Made Products
Any of my handmade totes, pillows, doll clothes, hand puppets and any other items I have in my store, that I made, can be returned within 3 days of receiving them, for a full refund.
After I have inspected them and find them in the same condition they were sent, I will send your refund.
REPAIRS can be made to items at no cost to you, if the damage was not intentional, but more because something was not sewn in with reinforcement, or placed correctly by me. You pay for shipping. Damage caused by useage is not refundable but can be repairable other than stain, water, or sun damage.
You pay shipping or we can negotiate.
Used books are sold as is described on the product page listed.
Shipping is included in the purchase price.
Made to Order Items
No refunds will be given for made to order items unless a mistake was made by me with dimensions, layout or instructions. If for some reason, a zipper is broken I will replace the zipper for free and pay for your shipping to return the item to me.
I take special care to see that you have samples, give recommendations for supplies and communicate with you as often as you need before placing an order with you for a bench cushion cover, pillow cushion or other made to order custom sewn item by me.
New/Used Household Goods
I will rarely list a brand new item but at this time I do have an item in my store for sale.
I will give you a full refund if item is returned within 3 days of receiving the item. It must be returned intact and without damage (dents/scratches/broken parts…etc) as it was sent from our business location.
Upon inspection of the product, and it is in the original carton and packaging it was sent, you will receive a refund within 10 business days that we receive the return.
If it is damaged from the carrier you used to ship the package, or the one we used, an insurance claim will be filed and refund will be given to you once the claim has been processed.
You will receive tracking and insurance information once the item is shipped to you. You will pay all shipping and insurance must be added, when you return the item to us for a refund.
